St Mark's School aims to achieve a vision for the future, a vision that has clear attainable goals to be worked towards, and a clear direction to work in. Planning is focussed on improving outcomes for all children across all dimensions of knowledge, skills, attitudes, values and identity.

VISION

St Mark's School will continue to strive to:

• be recognised for providing an education that not only meets the individual needs of all children but extends their skills and abilities
• provide a secure and safe environment for our children
• retain and continually enhance the school's special character
• have suitable information communication technology resources and programmes
• be well resourced and utilise the skills and resources within the broader school community to enhance our children's education
• develop a productive working relationship between all the members of the school community with a common understanding of vision, values and objectives
• ensure staff are proud to work at the school, and have a fully supportive school community
• enhance and expand the school environment including land area, buildings and equipment

Values are used as a guide for judging the appropriateness of our actions in pursuing the vision at St Mark's School, where all associated with our community shall:
